“Pros: Few tenants, clean (no pest issues in 5 years living there) Cons: Heating is inconsistent in the winter and shower water/temperature pressure is inconsistent.”

“Pros: No pests, management quickly responds to requests, clean building all around Cons: Loud because of the proximity to 1st ave, poor water pressure”

“Pros: Great location, cleaning team was there each week Cons: Landlord unwilling to fix many issues with the apartment. Continued to raise the rent excessively despite this when resigning. There were many issues with the front door of the building which was a safety concern for tenants. Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants and consider how much money they are paying in rent.”
