“Pros: Relatively quiet block until recently. Nice neighbors. Cons: Pest issue. Owner turns off heat in the winter. Unresponsive. Owner by a convicted criminal. Multiple instances of homeless breaking into and management did nothing to secure the building. Advice to landlord: Stop being a criminal.”
