350 EAST 62ND STREET ASSOC · avg 3.3 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Doormen are nice and building itself is okay. Units are pretty spacious if you have a loft. Cons: Super loud due to traffic, heating doesn't work well. The super sucks and acts like he's running a dictatorship. Doesn't fix things in the apartment and has a bad attitude. The lobby also smells bad sometimes Advice to landlord: Get a new super”
— 350 EAST 62 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 4E Pros: This is a co-op so apartments will vary. Overall front staff, doorman and porter were great. Cons: Definitely pest issues throughout the building. Mice on the first floor and roaches throughout the building. They gave you a hard time if you reported roaches. The super blames it on you saying they probably flew through the window. The super is absolute garbage he’s super sexist and rude and unhelpful and unprofessional Advice to landlord: Get a new super/manager or the property”
— 350 EAST 62 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Great location, nice super, and overall limited issues. Cons: I had cockroaches for about a month before the building dealt with the garbage management problem. The heating is controlled by upper management so you can’t adjust within your unit.”
— 350 EAST 62 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Good location Cool layout 2 elevators Decent amount of washer/dryers Friendly doormen Responsive super Cons: Outdated looking Steps to get into building (not wheelchair accessible) Some residents smoke cigarettes (permeates into other units) Lobby stinks most of the time Advice to landlord: Get rid of the carpet!”
— 350 EAST 62 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Loved my view of the church and all the windows. Hardwood floors in great shape Cons: Garbage was disgusting-there were always rats. Walls paper thin. Mailboxes always broken, no one ever cleaned the hallways. Advice to landlord: Get a good super.”
— 350 EAST 62 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Convenient location. New elevators. Cons: Dirty. Mouse issues. Heat does not work well. Advice to landlord: Fix the mouse problems. Rampant mouse infestation through the building.”
