“Unit 1G Pros: The rent stabilized building is very close to Prospect Park and close to the B, Q, 2, and 5 trains. Cons: Super and landlord are not proactive about issues known to them, such as holes between floors, and pest abatement. Advice to landlord: Set up an online system for issues that need to be addressed, and then, fix those issues.”

“Pros: Next to the park. Ample closets. Cons: Roaches. Bathroom is old. Advice to landlord: Upgrades would keep people in the building.”
