“Unit 2B Pros: loved the location, tiny apartment but fairly well kept, management mostly left us alone Cons: not a lot of space, older building so some issues (e.g. tiles loose in bathroom, minimal outlets)”

“Pros: Neither the Landlords or Super love in the building so you aren't bothered. Cons: Old plumbing, nothing gets done correctly and corners are cut, trying to push out rent stabilized tenants before making upgrades to the building.”
