“Pros: Management was very receptive and on top of maintenance requests Cons: Lobby needs a revamp, the heat is on for the majority of the year and you can’t turn it off to the point where we slept with our windows open in the middle of February, very noisy even with windows closed (but that’s to be expected being on 34th st)”
— 115 EAST 34 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 21D Pros: The staff is wonderful. So attentive and responsive. Love the doormen. Great location. It's so nice to be right off the 6 and have the crosstown bus. Close to supermarkets and good restaurants. Cons: The elevators are really bad. Always waiting, sometimes could take up to 10 minutes just for it to get to you and then you stop on every floor. There's no service elevator. Also, lots of centipedes and they never seemed to be able to solve the issue.”
— 115 EAST 34 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 6E Pros: This is a great building with good amenities. Gym is a bit small but it’s enough. The lounge is also nice as well as the rooftop and large balcony. The apartment themselves are spacious and updated. Thick walls too. No noise issues. Never had an issue with pests either. The doorman, handyman, and super are wonderful kind people - loved them! Cons: Management SUCKS. They raise the rent like crazy each year. A lot of people move out because of this. They also never respond to emails and it’s hard to get a hold of. They also miscalculate and charge me for the wrong amount in rent quite frequently. It’s been very frustrating Advice to landlord: Have proper communication amongst each other and respect your paying tenants to at least respond to emails and phone calls”
— 115 EAST 34 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Lived here for 2+ years, best staff, walls are really thick, never had a problem with bugs, everyone was super nice. Cons: 34th St is 34th St. So it's loud. And rent was raised significantly each year. It got to the point where it was no longer affordable for us so thats why we had to move. Advice to landlord: Be considerate when raising rent, we would've loved to stay but cant afford it.”
— 115 EAST 34 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: clean, friendly staff, maintenance is prompt Cons: gym is a bit small and outdated”
— 115 EAST 34 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Right by the 6 train and a walk to almost every train that stops on 34th. Best doormen in the city Quick to respond to any issue in the apartment Cons: - Needs a facelift immediately ( the lobby is outdated and the carpets on each floor are from the 70s) - managed building meaning they will raise your rent drastically every year Advice to landlord: Use some of the hi-rent to update the lobby and hallways”
— 115 EAST 34 STREET · Manhattan“Unit 2K Pros: The employees are great! Very nice and responsive. Cons: Do not have 3 bedrooms, which I now need.”

— 115 EAST 34 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: The reception desk employees, super and the handymen are such lovely people. They make my day every time i enter or exit the building. The apartments are spacious. Building is clean Cons: Management is unreachable in time of need. They increased the rent 30% but were not there to contact when i needed to discuss. No warning of construction work. Specially when everyone nowadays need to work from home.”
