“Unit 4F Pros: We love the rooftop, the landlords and management are very hands off which is nice, and the building is super conveniently located right off the ABCD trains. Cons: The rooms are weirdly shaped -- none of the walls are even. The living space is small and has very poor lighting (the pictures on the listing are very deceiving). Advice to landlord: The building received SO many tickets for garbage. It wasn't the tenants doing, but usually folks in the neighborhood. I don't know how to prevent this, but having a live-in super might help.”

“Pros: The apartments are extremely nicely remade. The AC always works. Views are very nice and right by the transportation. Cons: Electric heating means high bills. 1/2 of laundry machines usually broken, garbage easily overflows outside. Advice to landlord: Try to more quickly fix the laundry”
