“Unit 1A Pros: Great Super, location is close to lots of subways, quiet neighbors Cons: Packages consistently stolen, have lost heat/hot water for at least a few days every year, poor response time from landlord, typical pest issues but slow response about getting an exterminator was difficult. Advice to landlord: I think a true virtual doorman would be very useful for the package stealing control”

Building management is fairly response Cons: Tilted uneven flooring, sometimes leaky roof (during really heavy rains), somewhat unresponsive super, packages sometimes stolen Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants more often - even if you necessarily can't fix it right away.”
