“Unit 3D Pros: Good location, close to ACE 14th St. subway lines. Cons: Had roaches and reached out to management several times but they never did anything about it. We got our own roach traps and caulked which barely helped. Price was high for how small the apartment was. Got multiple packages stolen - I asked to see if the landlord could check the camera in the lobby to see if another tenant took them but he said the camera doesn't actually work. Advice to landlord: Figure out the roach problem and reply to tenants about it.”

“Unit 5a Pros: Dependable apartment, good super, pretty nice for the cheap rent, rent stabilized Cons: Had a couple mice and a couple roaches on the 5th floor, hallways are dirty”

“Pros: Rent stabilized, location Cons: Rodents, maintenance requests take forever to handle - I went 2 months without a working fridge, super is rude, package thefts constantly, extremely loud with Dream hotel next door”

“Pros: Decent location but crime is up in the area now Cons: The management are criminals. They stopped roof updates halfway through which caused the roof to start to cave and the building took water damage for weeks. After pleading for this to be fixed and no answer for over three weeks it caved in completely destroying my apartment. Management did nothing, kicked us out and never compensated us. Advice to landlord: Manage a property based on building laws”
