346 EAST 29TH STREET LLC · avg 3.2 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Elevator, garage, onsite super and laundry in building is all great Cons: Roaches and rats everywhere. You’ll need to hire your own exterminator and not use the one they offer if you want to live here rather than free but even then they’ll squeak through Advice to landlord: Control the pests”
— 346 EAST 29 STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Neighbors are mostly nice and considerate. Elevator in the building. Cons: Management does not respond, they will take messages but do nothing to follow up. The only way to get a response is to be asked to be transferred to Isaac Widroff's voicemail or send him an email, and he might get back to you. The rest of the management team does absolutely nothing. Common spaces are not kept clean, laundry room is almost unusable, washer/dryers are often out of service and everything is covered in layers of grime and dirt. Lobby, hallways, and elevator are dirty, especially stairway into the garage. Management illegally raised our garage rent. Advice to landlord: Listen and respond to your tenants. Replace all washers and dryers. Do not raise the rent (for garage or apartments) beyond what is legal.”
— 346 EAST 29 STREET · Brooklyn“Unit 5G Pros: Lots of space in these units, on site super, good outdoor communal spaces Cons: Walls are really thin so it's typical to hear noise from units overhead”
— 346 EAST 29 STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: The apartment is decent sized compared to these newer constructions. The super was always very attentive and responsive. The owner was very helpful during Covid when it came to providing new payment options and new lease agreement options. Conveniently located to trains and stores. Cons: Nothing to move out over but every now and then issues with the elevator. The heat can be aggressive but beats being cold.”
— 346 EAST 29 STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Super is responsive. Apartments are modern and clean. Laundry in basement is very convenient. Cons: Trash disposable could be better The gym looks outdated and dingy”
— 346 EAST 29 STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Great proximity to 2/5 train, good prices for huge units, lots of sunlight, great heat/water pressure. Commute to the city is long but otherwise have loved living here other than having to deal with the occasional mouse. Cons: Elevator often is broken, building wide rodent issue, package theft is sometimes a problem.”
— 346 EAST 29 STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Quiet Multiple washers and dryers in the basement Spacious apartments Cons: Garbage chute will get full every other week and the hallway will smell like garbage. Need to clean the hallways more. Advice to landlord: Clean the hallways more. Spray more often for roaches.”
