“Pros: This building is charming, well maintained and incredibly quiet. It is one of the few pre war boutique buildings with an elevator which is a big plus. The street is purely residential except for the wine bar on the corner so there’s no noise at night. Neighbors were all quiet and respectful. Pet friendly and a great neighborhood for dogs. Location absolutely cannot be beat Cons: Units are small so very little closet space and storage. 1 bedroom too small for more than single occupancy. I did have a couple packages go missing in the mail room Advice to landlord: Better mail organization and upkeep of the rooftop deck”
