Impossible to sleep or work with hourly noise from pipes. Junkies hang out in the hidden, dark corners in building “courtyard”, management won’t motion put lights in to deter their presence. They don’t spray for bugs, the sign up sheet is just for show. Tenants are in fear of management. Advice to landlord: Get into another business where you don’t have to deal with absolutely ANY humans.”
