“Pros: For the most part the tenants are ok management can be ok depending on whom you speak with and when Cons: The management office is rude and unprofessional depending on whom you speak to and when the super needs help with the work orders does sloppy work and the building manager only comes to collect rent he never oversee the supers work Advice to landlord: Get help for the super and be more professional and respectful to the tenants and their concerns”
