“Pros: Great location Cons: Disgusting dirty tenants who have lived there so long and feel entitled. Hoarders, people with 10 plus cats in their apt, history of a very bad bed bug infestation. Super is useless and building is filthy. Roaches, water bugs and mice. Advice to landlord: Renovate and clean”
