“Pros: - I enjoy the neighborhood - Lots of nearby bodegas - Community garden nearby - Great local bakery Cons: - Firehouse noise across the street - Packages get stollen - No backyard or patio area - No nearby grocery store - No Dishwasher - No washer/dryer - A train is the only train and it is a 12 min walk - Little sunlight - Very few windows - No upgrades Advice to landlord: lower rent”
