“Unit 3 Pros: Great natural light, amazing location, balcony in living room and main bedroom. Cons: Landlord does not keep the staircase clean, neighbors have old dogs that shed everywhere. The oven has not worked in 3 years and has never been fixed. Had a roach issue and landlord sent someone with bug spray... not a proper exterminator. Advice to landlord: Do better”
