“Pros: Generally well maintained but not at all fancy and sometimes a bit dirty, generally responsive but occasionally difficult to communicate with. Some units in desperate need of upgrades to kitchen and bathroom. Cons: Building security never great; outside garbages poorly maintained, lobby very rarely cleaned, invited theft of packages, etc. Advice to landlord: General upkeep, responsiveness, and pride in building could be greatly improved.”
