“Unit C3 Pros: Accessible to grocery, laundry, and subway Cons: There is a bodega next door that is open every single night, well into the morning hours. People park their car on the road and blast music all night long while drinking and eating. More often than note, there's car racing and shouting. Polices doesn't do anything and the landlord certainly doesn't. Apparently there's a super that lives in building but I never met him once the year I lived here.”

“Pros: It’s affordable and close to laundromat. Good access to subway stations. Cons: The noise can be a lot at night because of all of the people at saint james”

“Unit C1 Pros: Size is a pretty good bang for your buck. Great neighborhood. Cons: Mean super & so so many pests Advice to landlord: New super. Up the pest control.”

“Pros: Nothing at all Cons: Terrible Rude Super- invested with mice and no help from management horrible deli downstairs with a crowd that has music until 4am every night”

“Pros: Good location, close to bodegas grocery stores and subways. Cons: Never ending roach issues and management is terrible about following up on extermination Cheap renovations cut corners, my washing machine and some of the cabinets were never attached to anything. Had multiple mouse issues, only to find a massive hole in the wall behind the cabinets left over from when renovations were done. Still see them in the hallways at times Repeated issues with leaks in the ceiling. Takes them forever to come fix it. Overall terrible would not recommend living here.”

“Pros: The renovations INSIDE the apt are great. Cons: THE noise is horrible, there’s a very popular deli downstairs and I am not exaggerating.. 5 am people will be playing music from their cars on a Monday The overall building is super mega dirty. Garbage on the stairs, dust and dirty, I’ve been here a year I don’t think I’ve seen people clean once. Advice to landlord: Do something about the noise and how disgusting the building is.”
