335 E.70TH REALTY INC. · avg 3.0 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Management was amazing. They would be prompt for when calling in if for any issues. The units are up to date and well maintained. The building is in a great location. They are very fair when it comes to lease renewals. Never had any issues with pests. Overall I’d say my stay was positives Cons: Some neighbors are super loud at random times of the day and night. Some of the building floors with pets would bark and could hear them from your unit. Some floors have a cat odor. Advice to landlord: This building and unit was amazing. You price your units at a competitive rate. I’d say you’d have the flexibility to be more picky with the people staying at your units. You could honestly still get a bunch of applicants if you said no pets. Other than that no advice this unit was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay probably the best management I’ve came across from all the apartments I’ve stayed at”
— 333 EAST 70 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Good water pressure. Some units have all been appliances. Great location. All new pipes since the broke and required 4 months of construction. Cons: Cockroaches and mice. Loud neighbors and thin walls. Unresponsive/scummy landlords. Unresponsive maintenance team. Heat is too hot and radiator is super loud. Landlord barely lowered rent while pipes were out and raised rent the following year. Their office is in Brooklyn, so you’ll never see them. Advice to landlord: Be responsive and respectful. Exterminate the entire building. Fix the heat. Don’t be a scumbag about rent negotiation when you didn’t offer the basic amenities to your tenants.”
