“Pros: Quiet, building is well maintained, clean, trash/heating/wifi all work great! No pest issues and great natural sunlight Cons: Scaffolding has been up, but is supposed to be removed soon. Washer/dryer machines in building can often be prone to breaking but usually there's a few machines still working”
