“Unit 4B Pros: To have rent this low for the neighborhood is fantastic. The block is quiet, you're half a block to Riverside Park, it always felt safe, and it's only a few minutes to walk to the express station. Cons: There is no rush to upgrade the property nor will there be. That isn't necessarily bad, but if you live here you should expect to get what you pay for. Advice to landlord: No advice to the property owner.”
