“Pros: Generally great people in the building, apart from one troublesome neighbor on the 1st floor. Superintendent is one of my favorite people in the world — very responsive, takes care of issues promptly, is friendly and always willing to lend a hand with any affairs. The block is awesome with lots of great restaurants and shops, and pretty quiet during the night. Cons: One older neighbor who always causes trouble or yells. Also, the occasional cockroach in the bathroom and by the garbage area in the backyard — but I've only really seen a proper "big" cockroach a few times. The heat would sometimes be off and I needed a space heater, but otherwise a great apartment.”

“Pros: Some of the units are renovated and have washer dryer which is nice. Location is great. The trash area is well taken care of. Cons: Management is horrible they just don’t respond. Crazy neighbors that live on bottom floor that made me uncomfortable many times. Building is old and not well maintained/cleaned. Mice and bugs. Heating was off for over a week in the winter and water often went off or hot water was not on.”
