“Pros: Clean, only ever saw centipedes no roaches or rats, laundry is almost always available, amazing super Cons: Some weirder people in the building who have been here a while, some parties from the building next door are loud enough to hear at night”

“Pros: Repairs always dealt with quickly. Cons: Outdated bathrooms and kitchens. The boiler is really loud and annoying and I have to have my AC on all year round because my apartment feels like a sauna. And the super yells at you when you need repairs, even if you’ve done nothing wrong. Advice to landlord: Tell the super to treat people more kindly. And switch to electric heating.”
