“Pros: Good location, near transportation E,F,M lines, bus is right around the corner, plenty of open stuff to do so don't stay inside too much! Cons: Old and run down, super would not fix things and had to bug him multiple times, never met or seen the owner, the hand off was just last tenant and passing the keys, they don't clean before move out, lot's of garbage left, garbage is left out in the halls, very very noisy highway exit street, some roaches here and there, broken mailboxes, hot water was inconsistent, very hot or very cold Advice to landlord: They won't care anyways, disbarred attorney for real estate fraud”

“Pros: Location is good Cons: To dispose of garbage the owner would ask you to put stinky garbage outside door on certain days. In the morning you could hear the super gathering all the buildings garbage. Not a great way to wake up, also very disgusting if you wanted to enter or exit while there stinky garbage bags covering the hallways. The landlord is a lawyer and will use this against you in any and all ways so be careful. In the 2 years that we lived there we had to deal with leaks that caused damage to our personal belongings and 4-5 months of not being able to open our windows (sealed off) because the property owner had to legally fix the facade of the building. I believe this was in spring/summer. Also created a layer of dust over everything that was impossible to get rid of. Advice to landlord: I have a lot but I won’t write it in here”
