“Pros: Very clean, very quiet. Beautiful area and a lot of the apartments have an outdoor space. Cons: Issue re hot water where it was turned off I. May 2024 for nearly a month. Tenants needed to push management to make any progress and/or communicate and it was exhausting. Luckily nothing like this has happened since.”
