“Unit 3A Pros: The neighbors are nice and the super is good. Cons: Management isn’t responsive. They will take pictures of the problem and never get to it. Management doesn’t give the super adequate resources to solve the problems. Exterminator doesn’t come and the place is full of pest Advice to landlord: Take care of your property and tenants! Spend actual money on this place to renovate it.”
