“Pros: Good location in middle of the block away from Ave. Goos for young groups of 3+ Management was decent but sometimes unresponsive Cons: Some issues with trash/cleanliness and management selectively responding to tenant issues Advice to landlord: Invest in maintenance more otherwise the place will be in trouble”

“Pros: Close to a lot Pretty spacious given that its the East Village Porter and super are phenomenal Since new management things have started to be fixed much quicker Cons: Homeless people came in the building a few times, never to steal just to take cans and etc. from the garbage room”

“Pros: Location, and that's about it. Cons: No air circulation, loud heaters, gets really hot in summer, the super is basically non-existent. The management company- centennial properties is awful. Do not rent here.”
