“Pros: Only positive is that it’s close to a lot of stores, and neighborhood is relatively quiet. Cons: Poorly maintained garbage disposal, lot of bugs and mice. Homeless people always laying I. The hallways. Poorly maintained hallways. Advice to landlord: Spend money on better maintenance, and insect and pest control. Use better security to prevent homeless people from sleeping in the building.”
