However, that person doesn’t always seem to know what they are doing. The elevator has never been broken. I have had zero issues living here. Very basic, easy, quiet building Cons: Packages ALWAYS get stolen! You have no control over the heat & it is hot! Sometimes the property management company doesn’t respond so I have to email a few times. But they are pretty good for NYC standards. Advice to landlord: Virtual doorman would be VERY helpful!”
