“Pros: Owners are responsive and helpful, rents are lower than the standard, monthly exterminator visits, well sized units, never had a heating problem Cons: No secure package room, and the tenant who decided to take charge of them demands a tip every time. Parking isn't great as the street is metered mon-fri”
