“The tenant associations are the same family members that run the the board, giving them unlimited power - The board would harassed tenants they didn't like with countless law suits. and they been warehousing apartments for their family and friends. Basically keeping the apt empty. They suckered the elderly for their proxy vote to get into the board. very corrupted board. One former office worker tried to bribed possible tenants, getting 30K in hopes to get an apt/ jump the list. Another former worker attempted to skip the boards approval by giving 2 apt to her friends who looked like drug dealers. Another one was caught giving laundry room access cards to no residents. and the list goes on. THERE ARE ALOT OF EMPTY APTS , THEY THEY CLAIM THAT THE WAITING LIST IS CLOSED AND YET WE ALL ASKED, WHY IS MY OLD APARTMENT STILL VACANT?”
