Very quiet in the basement, obviously not a lot of light. Cons: Ant infestation, roaches, flies, trash, centipedes, dead rats outside, reluctant super. Couldn't use outdoor space due to flies. Advice to landlord: Patch the walls and fix infrastructure to prevent pests coming in”
