“Pros: Location is great Building is well maintained Neighbors are all quiet and respectful Get more bang for your buck in the area Cons: Has the cons of an old building (ie box units, old flooring) Have gotten a couple packages stolen but not many There is a Co op process”

“Pros: Very safe secure building. Older but well maintained Cons: The heating does need to be updated. It can get very hot, but that's better than being very cold. Walls can be thin, so loud neighbors are not great. I had quiet neighbors and then I had a neighbor with a dog.”
