“Unit 2 Pros: beautiful layouts duplex apartmets Cons: Landlord is unreliable and money hungry, lots of pests ( roaches and mice ) , owner will overcharge you relentlessly for no reason , and neighbors are horrid. Advice to landlord: Do better !!!”
