“Unit 3 Pros: Awesome location, great windows! Cons: But the entrance really needs work, the staircase is not very safe. And the management is not the most helpful overpriced for the size.. Advice to landlord: Work on your customer service, people work hard for the money they give you.”

“Pros: Very responsive management, thoughtful neighbors, well sound-proofed walls, location, big windows Cons: Heavy construction on brownstone next door until Sept 2023. Very loud, very early (within legal construction times). Not the responsibility of CNG management, though. Advice to landlord: We really like living here. Piece of advice: exterior window washing every once in a long while would be awesome.”
