“Unit 3A Pros: Free laundry in the basement, rent stabilized, great rooftop views, dishwashers in unit, spacious living areas/bedrooms Cons: Only one washer/dryer in basement, through wall heat/ac units that can't be cleaned, slow response from management, no tubs just shower, no windows in living rooms, no closets in bedrooms.”

“Pros: Great Location. Good natural light. Cons: Consistent upping of rent and sliding in 'fees' up to $200 on renewals.”
