“Pros: The heat and hot water are outstanding. The building is clean, the elevator is new and fast. Cons: The floors squeak and creek like nothing I have ever experienced before. Even if you tiptoe around in bare feet, you are making too much noise. Advice to landlord: Fix the floors”
