“Pros: Very few problems with pests, heat, water, etc. Super lives in the building and is responsive. Rent stabilized. Cons: Issues were given bandaid fixes rather than solutions and sometimes “repairs” made things worse. Post office next door can be loud when the trucks are loading. Advice to landlord: Don’t cheap out on fixing major issues”
