“Pros: Great amenities- dishwasher, microwave, gym and most units have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. The rent is worth it compared to other buildings in Riverdale who charge just as much with less amenities. Cons: Noisy if your apartment is facing Riverdale Ave. Advice to landlord: Paint the hallways on every floor.”
