“Pros: The units are great! Remodeled spacious. Neighbors were friendly. Conveniently located. Cons: The building is in disrepair and crumbling. The stairs have missing floor boards. The entryway and hall have not been cleaned in what seems years! The halls and stairs need a gut renovation ASAP. No laundry and it is a walk up building and no elevator. The management owner takes forever to respond and be proactive about fixing issues in the building. Advice to landlord: Update and clean the halls and replace the stairs and lighting! Be more responsive to your tenants. Add an elevator and some laundry in the building.”

“Pros: My roommates. My cat. It's in a convenient area for subways. Spacious enough for 3 people to live comfortably. Cons: The owner takes forever to respond. The leaky roof took 2 months to fix.”
