32 GRAMERCY PARK OWNERS CORP · avg 4.0 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: usually pleasant enough. nice well-maintained building in prime, though pretentious, Manhattan location Cons: Allowed and approved a known child sex offender to work as doorman for nearly a year. Disgusting and dangerous. Super could operate with more respectful decorum with all tenants not just those on the board Advice to landlord: better vet doormen and treat all tenants with equal respect”
— 230 3 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Good neighborhood, ok in terms of maintenance responsiveness, pets ok Cons: Random things broken, ie shower. Never fixed. Takes very long time to address issues Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and faster to tenants maintenance requests”
— 238 3 AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Clean and properly maintained. Proximity to Gramercy Park. Cons: Building staff does not really acknowledge you if you are not a co-op owner. You have 0 advantages of having a doorman and all of the disadvantages such as not really feeling home ever. Neighbors, often the older ones, are probably the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Very aggressive, closed minded and not welcoming people. I can’t wait to leave the building and neighborhood. Advice to landlord: Building management should treat renters as well as the co-op owners if they want to maintain revenue when they decide to rent their apartments.”
