“Pros: at least there were no pests Cons: lack of heat, lack of consistent hot water, keys do not work in the door, constant leaks, the list goes on”

“Pros: rooftop access & in unit washer/dryer Cons: •lack of heat: endured 9 months without heat despite numerous complaints • poor maintenance response and apartment management • ceiling leaks during storms • power outage, lack of hot water in showers, and constant maintenance leading to water supply and electricity cutoffs • got locked out of apartment even with functioning keys • would not recommend this building or any building by this management, we ended up breaking the lease”
