“Unit 2E Pros: It has a lot of character and the apartment sizes are larger. Downside would be the railroad style which inhibits the potential for different living styles. Great for a couple or young family. Proximity to everything in the neighborhood is best pro this building offers. Cons: The heating can be spotty and management's response to urgency as well. The building units vary significantly in terms of upkeep and age really shows. Advice to landlord: Be more selective of who you allow in.”
