“Pros: The building location is great. Everything you need is within a few blocks. The apartment itself is beautiful. Great size and configured nicely. Cons: The building is disgusting. Roaches, rats, mice, you name it! The pest issue hasn’t been addressed. The super might clean the lobby once every other month. The buzzer is broken and tenants have asked for it to be fixed for years. So if anyone comes to deliver or visit, you’ll have to go downstairs. The neighbors and street noise are very loud. Finally, good luck getting in touch with management!”

“Pros: Close to work Cons: Rat Ceiling leakage in apt Advice to landlord: Fire the super”
