“Pros: I loved being around so many restaurants and being in East Village but not in a crowded crowded part of it. Ambience is just irreplaceable. The apartment was cozy and homely enough that I always hosted. Cons: Lived on the first floor and had roach problems here and there which sucked. Landlords were slow. Maintenance is slow. Quality of living is still overall good but the apartment does feel a little messy”

“Unit 8 Pros: Good neighbors, good noise level, good location, water/plumbing good, walk-up is easy to get used to Cons: No elevator, washer and dryer sometimes stops working, lighting sometimes stops working, bugs, no window in living room”

“Pros: great natural light, privacy for each bedroom, open floor plan Cons: management is not responsive and will not help you if there is an issue. my roommate had a flood in her apartment with many items ruined and they did nothing about it Advice to landlord: be more responsive and care about your tenants - they will want to live here longer”
