“Pros: Staff is great, hallways are cleaned daily, packages are almost safe, walls are thick, gym is good, roof is very nice, neighbors are friendly and quiet Cons: Paid bike storage, garage is expensive, ikea furnishings can break, but they fix them. You have your own small hot water heater, so hot water isn't free and you can run out. Advice to landlord: Keep treating the staff well”
