“Pros: Clean, well kept, nice amenities and cozy interiors Cons: An absolutely psychotic upstairs neighbor, management that is completely invisible and out of touch. Advice to landlord: Please be more involved with your tenants”
— 317 KNICKERBOCKER AVENUE · Brooklyn“Unit 4R Pros: Trash is always taken care of and the super cleans weekly on the stairs. Cons: Unfortunately lived at the top of the stairs next to a woman who was a hoarder...that came with pests and we would often wake up to her yelling at someone on the phone. Advice to landlord: Please listen to your tenants requests.”
— 317 KNICKERBOCKER AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: garbage shoot! great heat+ air Cons: landlords not responsive at all packages stolen Often”
— 317 KNICKERBOCKER AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Rooftop access is nice. Can pay online. Cons: Mail gets stolen because of glass door front visibility, rodent and roach problem. Roaches in the dishwasher, rat poop in bedroom. Water heater pipe in closet is not properly sealed so there’s a hole where pests can travel in and out of apartment. Maintenance is a ticketing system and management is slow to reply. This neighborhood is a flood zone. Advice to landlord: Get rid of the glass door. Change the code at least once a year.”
— 317 KNICKERBOCKER AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Updated interior, garbage shoot. Cons: Landlord can’t be bothered with anything. Neighbors are loud and intrusive. Location on knickerbocker across from dollar tree creates for a terrible sleeping situation. Lights from the store blare all night into your room and their trucks that bring deliveries at 5am they block the whole road meaning you’ll get a lovely wake up call from angry horn honking. Advice to landlord: Do your job and respond to your tenants.”
