“Pros: location, access to delis, dry cleaners, pharmacy, coffee shop, etc. Cons: rats all over the backyard”

“Pros: Very Clean and Modern. Cons: Ultra Super Small Micro Tiny SRU Unit. Literally has enough space to put one futon sofa bed and desk and thats it Advice to landlord: Either merge multiple units into one or just forget about it”
