“Unit 4A Pros: The building feels very secure. Management is mostly responsive to issues. The super and handyman are great. There is a nice rock formation behind the building. that brings a lot of serenity and peace Cons: Heat is electric and can get very expensive. There is issues with the gate locking. Like every landlord, they will raise prices like crazy each year. Advice to landlord: Appreciate your long-term tenants, don't be so money hungry.”
