“Pros: Great neighborhood, not expensive Cons: Really Dirty, rarely cleaning the hallways and stairs. No security cameras and packages getting stolen, management aware but do nothing. In the Fall, if you live in the 6th floor, good luck - the roof is licking and there always a smell of canalization coming from bathroom pipes.”

“Pros: Water pressure, dishwasher, response time of owner, no electronic payments Cons: Wasnt cleaned well before moving in, issues with radiator, some bugs, floor is noisy and creaky”

“Pros: This building is pretty standard. There’s very little noise, the hallways are always cleaned, and management is responsive when you call. Cons: The super changed and no one told us, garbage piles up occasionally and some mailboxes have been broken for a few months.”
